If you're looking for an exclusive space to celebrate a birthday or a special occasion La Cave (formerly Vanilla rooms) is your venue.

Situated in the opulent part of Cardiff city centre, you and your guests will party the night away in our chic underground bar without any interruptions.

While the room can hold up to 100 guests, we have become best known for parties of 50-80 guests. Hosting a party of any sort can be daunting; having to fill a space is not something you should be worried about when planning a party! With La Cave you get the best of both, a space large enough to invite up to 90 guests but the layout of the room takes away the worry of filling a large open space.

 

Sunday to Friday - £450

• Complimentary room hire from 7 pm until 2 am

Saturday Night - £550 plus food

• On a Saturday night, please note we require a minimum of 50 guests booking food. A full list of our menu options is available on the Menus page.

If you would like to extend your DJ until 2 am there is an additional £40 charge.

Please note we can no longer take bookings for 18th birthday parties, for all 21st birthday parties a doorman is required for the duration of the evening at a charge of £150

Special events and party cancellation policy:
For these dates the deposit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be used to pay for other goods and services. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy. We regret should your party decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food or beverage.
