On Friday the 9th of November we invite you to a special evening showcasing the cooking of our new head chef, Matt Waldron. The menu will also be showcasing the incredible Highland Wagyu beef that is now a fixture on our menu.
The evening will start at 7.30pm in the wine bar with canapes featuring Wagyu beef pastrami and beetroot macarons with black pudding and apple all matched with a complimentary glass of Taittinger Brut Reserve poured from a Jeroboam!
