Autumn is our favourite time of year for meat, fish and vegetables, and we are delighted to hold our annual Autumn menu and wine showcase once again. This year's dinner has an extra special element as it's our new Heads Chef's first Park House event!
Head Chef Chris Matthews has created a delicious menu packed full of flavour and balance. Featuring a blend of Welsh, British and French ingredients used to create some classic and seasonal dishes that will warm the soul. Chris's cooking is a return to a more classic Park House style than in recent times - full of flavour, rich and extremely tasty!
As we have done for the past few years, we will be having an open wine tasting an hour before dinner that will showcase 25 of our new wines for the autumn-winter period. We have some fantastic new sparkling wines from the UK as well as returning favourites from Petaluma, St Hallet, House of Arras and Grant Burge.
Some delicious classic Italian and French wines will be featured along with some sexy Californian Pinot Noir, Syrahs and Chardonnay.
Heavily featured this year is South Africa and we are delighted to have unearthed some absolutely beautiful examples of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Wine with soul, passion and serious amounts of talent define the wines we are showcasing, and we are delighted to present them to you.
7- 8 pm - Complimentary wine tasting of our new Autumn selections featuring some returning favourites and many new discoveries. A variety of Chefs signature canapes will be served.
From 8 pm - 8.30 pm Eight Course Tasting Menu.
New dishes packed full of seasonal Welsh ingredients as well as the best from France.
As usual at these events, there will be a range of exceptional wine flights available to suit all budgets and tastes.
