Park House owner and wine buyer, Adam Pledger, is dedicated to bringing the finest wines to Park House and its patrons. This passion has resulted in Park House receiving the AA Wine List of Year for Wales in 2013-2014 — the highest award in the industry. International recognition has also been received with the awarding of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Our wine list hovers around 1000 bins with many wines available in extensive back vintages.
