Boardroom

 

The Boardroom is located on the 2nd floor of Park House and is the ideal space for meetings, conferences and private dining.

Meetings and Conferences

 

The Boardroom comfortably accommodates up to 30 people theatre style or 20 people boardroom style.

 

State of the art facilities are complimentary including a 50" plasma screen, projectors and DVD players.

 

A choice of refreshments is available on request and working lunches can also be arranged for delegates either in the Boardroom or Burges Restaurant.

 

Delegate Rates

 

Delegate rate for 10 people or more:
Two rounds of tea/coffee (Morning & Afternoon)
Light buffet lunch in room or 2 Course lunch in the Burges Restaurant

 

• £28 per person for Non Members
• £22 per person for Members
• £18 per person for Gold & Corporate Members with 1 room use from your membership package

 

N.B
On hire of the gallery on a non-delegate rate clients must either choose the light buffet option £12per head served in the room or eat in the restaurant (no bar food or eating in the members bar is permitted) & drinks are not included. Coffee / Tea £2.50 per person.

 

Private Fine Dining

The Boardroom can be reserved for fine dining, celebrations and special hospitality. Centred around our grand boardroom table the room takes on a different atmosphere in the evening, where candelabras and plush linen and fine china give a feel of luxury and utmost privacy.

The service is highly personal and we work hard to make it truly memorable, whatever the occasion.

We have numerous options for dining in the boardroom including bespoke menus but the most popular is our Tasting Menu, which with seven courses of our finest food certainly adds to the occasion.

Room hire is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable if booking is cancelled or postponed within 7 working days of your booking. All food is payable if cancelled within 72 hours of your booking.
